Mobile Water Treatment Plant
Our customer who specialises in water treatment plants asked us to convert a standard 8 foot container for their use. The brief was to line and insulate the container, overlay the marine play floor with sealed aluminium checker plate floor, and add extra louvered vents and create a lockable hose access flap.
A water treatment plant was then fitted by the customer, which is hired to water companies allowing them to shut down their regular plant for repair and maintenance.
This solution allows the plant to be dropped into place and be up and running within hours. The treatment plant is also secure within the container while on site.
