We supply new and second hand storage containers as well as a range of other units for sale and rental:
New Storage Containers
We source our new containers directly from the factories and build our containers to a specification designed for use as secure storage units. Available in 4 standard sizes at 8 foot long, by 7 foot 6 inches high, or 10, 20, or 40 foot long, by 8 foot wide, and 8 foot 6 inches high. The most popular for storage purposes are the 10, 20 and 40 foot units. Our stores are constructed from corten steel, which is very strong and also resists corrosion. This coated with a 2 pack paint system that is designed to stand up to the rigors of marine use with the underside being bitumen coated. Used for storage they offer years of cheap maintenance free, highly secure stores.
Additional Mr Box features include:
- Built to a full marine specification - manufactured from corrosion resistant corten steel.
- Protected with marine grade paint.
- Fitted with additional ventilation - to ensure condensation is not a problem.
- Fitted with high locking bars - for ease of use.
- A wipe clean 28mm marine ply floor that is specially sealed an certified as being rot and vermin proof (20' units only).
- Factory fitted lock box high security lock box with anti-jemmy lugs fitted to the doors - which shrouds the padlock and protects it from interference.
- Available in a range of colours.
- Capable of be stacked.
Used Storage Containers
Our second-hand containers are supplied structurally sound and water tight, and suitable as secure storage containers. They can also be certified as suitable for shipping. All our second-hand containers are inspected by our own depots prior to release We guarantee the condition of our equipment and if you are dissatisfied in any way we will either refund your money, or pay for any remedial repairs.
Using containers is also an environmentally friendly solution in that they have fulfilled their primary role of carry cargo, and can then be adapted for a secondary use, cost effective re-cycling!

Tunnel Containers
Most standard containers have double doors on one end, but we also supply tunnel units with doors on both ends. This means the interior can be divided into smaller individual units by placing a movable dividing wall.
Multi Compartment Container Storage Units
Mr Box has developed a design of multi-compartment containers, whereby we adapt standard containers and subdivide them into smaller individual stores. Each unit has its own high security entry door, and ventilation. Individual store sizes can vary but up to 8 x 50 units can be achieved in a standard 40' container. The doors are prefabricated high security personnel doors and equipped with a multi-lever security locks and anti-jemmey flanges, as such they are not only smart and easy to operate, but also very secure. This style of container offers a lot of flexibility and normally attracts a better rental return then the standard sized containers.
Padlocks
We also supply special high security padlocks designed for use with a lock box. These locks can also be supplied with a master key service whereby you have a key that fits any lock in the series but the your client can only access their own container. This enables you to over lock the store should you face any payment problems.
