Insulated Container Container Conversion
We were asked by a client to prepare a new 40' tunnel container (double doors both ends) to house a large industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant used to purify water for a power plant. The standard container was insulated, lined with an aluminium skinned composite and the original marine ply floor overlaid with aluminium checker plate. Additional ventilation louvered vents, personnel door and an access hatch were also added.
