
Two workshops, suitable for painting work at a dockyard, were constructed by our experienced conversions team to our customer’s specifications. Four 20ft containers were joined in pairs to form two double width units.
Modifications
- Units were cut down in length to 4.9m to fit into a specific space at the dockyard
- Side wall aperture was cut in each unit, to match up in pairs and create an opening between each
- Units were prepared for joining on site in pairs (need to be taken apart for delivery due to width, and then re joined on site)
- Opening between the units fitted with a curtain to prevent debris etc from getting from one side to the other
- Specialist fume extraction fitted for when painting takes place in units
- Airlines fitted to unit for air powered tools
- Fitted fully with electrics
- Fire alarm system fitted
- Mild Steel Chequer plate flooring fitted
- Ceiling bars fitted for customer to hook items to for drying
- Painted in customer’s chosen colour
